Adding interactivity and intelligence to Web educational applications is considered to be an important direction of research. There are quite a few number of interesting developments and tools that are being developed in this field. This paper presents a student advising system that learns course recommendations for students based on a neural network learning approach. The system is implemented on a multi-agent architecture.
