Cross-border education, blended education, distance edu cation, case study
In this paper we are addressing the structure and successful delivery of a prototype course on artificial intelligence for distant learners. Limited set of virtual features combined with the real discussion sessions and motivating blended way of instruction make this technique convenient for both local and international education. Our main goal is rather to show how a single teacher can serve students in different locations than to propose a brand-new technological solu tion. We, accordingly, concentrate on the presentation and generalization of achieved results and believe that the out lined findings could also help others to design and run their own virtual educational processes.
