The paper presents the solution of models of machines with a moment characteristics of asynchronous or direct current motors that be parts of machine systems. Machine is compiled with a driving motor, gearbox, mechanisms, kinematics bonds, control elements and driven machine. The equations of motion of machine are in most cases systems of non-linear algebraic-differential equations. The reason for non linear equations is non-linearity of kinematical bonds, passive resistances, dampers or elastic elements. Their analytic solution is limited to few exceptional incidents. In research description of non-linear systems it is necessary using numerical methods in connection with computer systems. Compared to other possible software products Matlab appeared to be the most successful for teaching.
