In this paper, we propose a novel method for a call ad mission control (CAC) mechanism in the wireless IP net works. All previous methods of the CAC mechanisms are based on the traffic classes: CBR, rt-VBR, nrt-VBR, etc. We introduce a method that can be used to derive guaran teed deterministic delay bounds without specific informa tion about the flow population. Therefore, with this new method we can design several priority assignment algo rithms used a CAC mechanisms in the IP-based next gen eration networks.
