In this study, I have developed the new type of web based learning support system. The system is a kind of SNS (Social Networking Site) which is mainly made up with two parts, the e-Learning contents authoring part and distribution part. With the authoring part, anyone can make HTML based effective e-Learning contents efficiently. And with the distribution part, one can easily share the e-Learning contents with one’s mates in social network.
