In this paper we try to show a decision support tool for a production-scheduling environment. The main purpose is trying to find a possible schedule satisfying deadlines. When this is not possible, some alternatives are presented, according to user-defined preferences, using a simple and flexible interface. Each suggestion is followed by its production plan impact.
