This paper concerns a Decision Support System for Production Scheduling where the concept of Scalable Intelligence is included. According to this concept, the Decision Support System is a tool scalable in intelligence, and the user will use as much system intelligence as bigger is the capacity of the system to dialogue with him, and he verifies that the system is adapting to his reasoning, explaining conveniently the decision-make process. There learning process is based on a strong cooperation between user and system.
