Abstract

In this paper, a necessary and sufficient condition is derived for the existence of a common Quadratic Lyapunov function for Stability Analysis of Fuzzy Elman Neural Network using linear matrix inequalities. This paper proves that the necessary condition for the existence of a CQLF is that all discrete-time subsystems are Schur stable.
