In this study a systematic solution is proposed for resolving data shortage of drilling services using Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology by enabling an environment of automatic information exchange integrated with project selection based on availability. Incorporating the information technology tools facilitates components selection and improves information retrieval efficiency of such assignments especially during projects evaluation and drilling operation phase. Also, a fuzzy model is presented and accompanied with an optimization technique to take into consideration the risk of possible variation in oil prices and production cost. Then, all these components are integrated using information system design tools.
