Abstract

In this paper, analog very large scale integration complementary metal oxide semiconductor (VLSI CMOS) circuits that implement different mathematical functions, equations, or operations such as “addition, subtraction, multiplication, quadratic, square-root, linear and hyperbolic tangent operations with limited and wide-range variations are presented. These functions are useful for analog neural network hardware and analog signal processing implementation.
